Whether installing new systems or troubleshooting complex issues, you'll play a vital part in delivering comfort and safety to our clients. **Duties** * Install, service, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration units, and ventilation equipment. * Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions. * Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems to ensure peak performance. * Troubleshoot mechanical problems using tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment; conduct electrical diagnostics for system faults. * Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including pipe repairs and refrigerant line adjustments. * Repair appliances and mechanical components associated with property maintenance tasks. * Operate a \<PERSON\> driver vehicle safely to transport equipment or parts between job sites. * Use field service techniques to respond promptly to service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient problem resolution. * Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and system performance logs for accountability and future reference. **Experience** * Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or in a similar construction or mechanical maintenance role. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems. * Familiari
