We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing mobile outpatient practice. This position provides **outpatient physical therapy in patients’ homes**—not traditional home health.
This role is ideal for therapists who enjoy one\-on\-one patient care without rigid productivity requirements or a fixed clinic schedule.
**Compensation**
* Therapists typically earn **approximately $78–$120\+ per visit**. Compensation varies based on visit type, insurance reimbursement, time spent with the patient, and whether the visit is insurance\-based or cash pay.
* This is a contract (1099\) position with a percentage\-of\-collections compensation model and the opportunity to grow into a larger part\-time or full\-time caseload if desired
**Service Area**
* Our practice is currently based in the Macedonia, Ohio area and primarily serves patients within approximately a 30\-minute driving radius. However, we welcome applicants from surrounding communities throughout Northeast Ohio. As the practice grows, we can expand our service area and marketing efforts around your location to help build a caseload that makes sense for you.
**Schedule**

* Perform outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in patients’ homes.
* Develop individualized plans of care based on your clinical judgment and each patient's unique needs.
* Complete accurate and timely documentation in a HIPAA\-compliant manner
