**Job Summary** Join our team at our South Austin coffee trailer as a experienced Barista and play a key role in creating a fast, high energy customer experience. In this role, you’ll craft quality coffee drinks, keep the line moving, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, takes pride in their work, and can handle multiple tasks without slowing down. Whether you’re making drinks, handling transactions, or keeping things clean and organized, your attitude and work ethic will set the tone for every interaction Must be available Tuesday \- Fridays. As we continue to grow into the summer, there will be strong opportunities to pick up additional hours. **Duties** * Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair * Steaming milk/latte art * Handle Square POS system ensuring accurate cash handling and sales recording * Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and answering questions about menu items * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces * Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers * Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality **Skills** * Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles within cafés or retail environments * Strong knowledge of dialing in shots, steaming milk and latte art * Familiarity with POS systems like Square * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively * Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours * Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices * Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced setting Join us to craft exce
