Job description
**Job Overview**
We are looking for a passionate and smart individual who would like to be apart of our team for the pastry kitchen. We make everything in house and from scratch. This position will be focusing on the pastry side of the kitchen, meaning creams, choux, fillings, cakes, and other various types of pastries. Minimum experience is required, although previous kitchen experience is necessary.
**Responsibilities**
* to arrive at 4am daily and complete opening tasks every morning as given
* to pipe, fill, bake, and display various pastry
* to keep entire station clear and tidy according to the rules of the kitchen
* to follow all orders and regulations given to you in order to maintain a healthy work flow for everyone
* always be able to maintain a strong working pace to follow through with your other coworkers and their timing
* Assist in inventory management and ingredient ordering as needed
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required.
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* ability to work quickly in a kitchen, under pressure, and making sure everything gets put out on time
