Job description

Why us?: The Atterbury isn't just a hotel — it's a story Pittsburgh is still writing. Housed in one of the city's most storied buildings and reborn as a Marriott Autograph Collection property, we're guided by three pillars: Abundance, Wonder, and Confluence. As Marketing Manager, you won't inherit a playbook — you'll help author one, shaping how a new brand introduces itself to a city defined by grit, creativity, and reinvention. We're a company built on enriching lives one experience at a time, and we back that up with real investment in your growth — development opportunities, a culture that celebrates bold ideas, and leaders who want to see you rise. If you're a storyteller at heart who wants your work to leave a mark on a city, this is your moment. Come tell the story of The Atterbury — and write the next chapter of your own.
