Job description
**JOB SUMMARY**
We are seeking passionate, service\-oriented, positive and hard\-working individuals with a love for health and fitness and an excitement for the Bünda brand. We are looking for organized, efficient, forward\-thinking problem\-solvers with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail. The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those a Front Desk Associate must perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Provide high\-level customer service and hospitality to clients
* Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
* Greet, assist and check in clients
* Provide support to the Bünda instructors so they are set up for a successful class
* Handle studio membership database, register new clients, receive membership payments and maintain client base
* Extremely knowledgeable of the Bünda program andthe ability to respond to clients’ questions.
* Maintain knowledge of Bünda’s memberships and class packages
* Guide clients with regards to the latest studio promotions, membership discounts and/or special events
* Work as a cohesive team with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie
* Assist with the training of new hires for the front desk staff team
* Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
* Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere at all times by assisting in studio cleaning, restocking, and upkeep, including cleaning of exercise equipment (stations, Stairmasters, weights), floors and mirrors
* Bathroom and changing room cleaning
* Assist the Studio Manager in daily studio tasks and projects as assigned

* Must have outstanding customer service and problem\-solving skills
* Must have the ability to prioritize and multi\-task within a fast\-paced environment
