You set the tone, guide the flow of the day, and make sure every client leaves feeling taken care of. You’ll support our** **estheticians, educate clients, and help create those “wow” moments that keep people coming back.** **This role starts part\-time on Saturdays and Sundays, with strong potential for additional hours,** **full\-time work and future leadership opportunities.** **What You’ll Do: You’ll wear many hats at the front of the studio, all centered around creating a seamless client experience and supporting the team.** **Client Experience and Studio Flow** Welcome clients with warmth and ease from the moment they walk in Check clients in and out smoothly and efficiently Create a calm, elevated, and friendly environment for both new and returning guests Help ensure the front desk and studio flow feel organized and seamless throughout the day **Sales, Education and Rebooking** Support estheticians by reinforcing skincare recommendations and prescribed products Educate clients on how to use products and why they matter Rebook services and suggest add\-ons that align with clients’ skin goals Help clients feel confident, informed, and excited about their skincare journey **Walk\-Ins and Retail Support** Greet and assist walk\-in guests who are curious about services or shopping for skincare Answer questions, share information, and guide product selections with confidence Turn casual visits into memorable facebar experiences **Team and Esthetici
