Responsibilities: **What You'll Do** * Deliver high\-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere * Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards * Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions * Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time * Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end\-of\-shift reconciliation * Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment * Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance * Perform other duties as assigned **What You'll Bring** * An outgoing, social personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service * Sharp attention to detail — from cocktail presentation to gue
