We value quality, consistency, and professionalism—and we’re building long\-term routes for dependable cleaners. COMPENSATION (PER JOB) * 55% pay for recurring cleanings * 65% pay for deep cleans \& initial cleans Typical earnings range: **$25–$35\+/hour**, with top performers earning more based on speed and quality. Pay increases over time with strong performance, consistency, and client satisfaction.
