**Job Summary** We are seeking a PART TIME skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and background in the food industry, particularly within a restaurant setting. This role involves meal preparation and ensuring that all food handling practices meet health and safety standards. The Line Cook/Prep Cook will work collaboratively with kitchen staff to deliver high\-quality meals in a fast\-paced environment. **Duties** * Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring. * Cook meals according to recipes and presentation specifications. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas. * Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines for food handling. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. * Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report needs to management. **Requirements** * Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred. * Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary skills. * Strong understanding of food handling safety practices. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced kitchen setting. * Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
