We’re looking for a leader who takes initiative, leads by example, and knows how to inspire and hold a team accountable while maintaining a positive, supportive work environment. **Responsibilities** * Oversee daily front office operations and scheduling * Lead, coach, and support the team * Monitor production, collections, scheduling, and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and help grow the practice * Oversee insurance workflows and patient financial coordination * Partner with doctors and leadership to implement operational improvements * Deliver an exceptional patient experience and foster lasting patient relationships * Maintain a positive, professional, and team\-oriented office culture **Qualifications** * Prior dental office management or lead front office experience **required** * Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment coordination, and scheduling * Proven ability to lead a team, hold team members accountable, and foster a positive work environment * Self\-motivated with the initiative to identify opportunities and implement solutions * Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills * **Microsoft Excel experience preferred** * Comfortable using dental practice management software * Goal\-oriented with a passion for helping grow a successful dental practice * Exceptional customer service and patient communication skills **Compensation \& Benefits** * Competitive pay based on experience * Performance\-based bonus opportunities * 50% employer\-paid health insurance after 90 days * Paid holidays * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Opportunities f
