Overview of Responsibilities: At Sprouts Farmers Market, the Head Cashier is responsible for the supervision of a team of cashiers and assistance with operational issues. * Ensure excellent customer service through proactively visiting registers and providing direction/support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks * Assist in potential customer assistance issues at the register * Assign store sweeps, monitor/maintain cash register supply levels and maintain cleanliness standards in the restrooms and parking lots * Maintain visibility of the exit doors for security and loss prevention issues * Schedule and oversee proper execution of appropriate meal and rest breaks in compliance with company policy and state requirements * Assist in the hiring and training of new Cashiers and taking necessary steps for disciplinary actions * If you are someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment then we want to hear from you!
