Whether working in a fine dining setting or a bustling bar, your passion for hospitality will shine through every interaction. **Duties** * Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non\-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and specialty drinks * Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards * Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling * Develop innovative beverage recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting * Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations * Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer service during busy hours **Requirements** * Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high\-volume settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus * Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, wine varieties, brewing processes, and craft beer trends * Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in retail math and basic math skills for cash handling * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally * Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while multitasking efficiently * Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures * E
