As Finance Business Partner for the CTO function, you will play a key role in enabling strategic decision\-making and financial transparency across our infrastructure landscape. You’ll collaborate closely with senior tech leaders to drive performance, optimize costs, and support innovation through sound financial guidance. **YOUR CHALLENGE:** * Partner with the CTO and tech leadership to steer budgets, forecasts, and long\-term financial planning * Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives and infrastructure investments * Monitor technology spend and proactively identify cost optimization and value creation opportunities * Lead financial modelling and business case development for infrastructure and investment decisions * Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting, including variance analysis and clear business commentary * Ensure financial governance, compliance, and transparency across the CTO portfolio * Act as a strategic advisor by translating financial data into actionable recommendations for business decisions **YOUR SKILLS:** * University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (Master's, CPA or CFA is an advantage) * 3\-5 years of experience in a Finance Business Partner role, ideally with exposure to the telecommunications industry * Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen with the ability to work independently and influence cross\-functional teams * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities * Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel, SAP HANA Business, CO Pilot and Power BI * Experience with
