About the Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Admissions to own and evolve Carefeed’s platform. This is a highly impactful role for a product leader who enjoys tackling complex problems, defining clear product strategy, and delivering high‑quality solutions in a rapidly growing market. Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision <ul> <li>Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Carefeed’s Admissions Product capabilities </li> <li>Define and communicate clear product goals aligned with company objectives </li> <li>Balance short‑term customer needs with long‑term platform scalability and technical health </li> <li>Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve usability, and unlock new value across the platform </li> </ul> Discovery & Customer Understanding <ul> <li>Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and success metrics through research, feedback, and data </li> <li>Partner with Customer Success and Sales to synthesize customer insights and prioritize impactful work </li> <li>Translate complex customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements </li> </ul> Execution & Delivery <ul> <li>Lead cross‑functional teams through discovery, planning, delivery, and iteration </li> <li>Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria </li> <li>Own backlog prioritization and scope decisions, making thoughtful trade‑offs </li> <li>Ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of features and improvements </li> </ul> Collaboration & Leadership <ul> <li>Partner with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and scalability </li> <li>Collaborate with Design to deliver intuitive, user‑centered experiences </li> <li>Serve as a trusted partner to Sales and GTM to drive customer success </li> </ul> Quality, Compliance & Reliability <ul> <li>Ensure product functionality meets high standards for reliability, performance, and security and compliance </li> <li>Champion product quality, usability, and consistency across the platform </li> </ul> Required Qualifications <ul> <li>5–8+ years of Product Management experience </li> <li>Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional product initiatives </li> <li>Strong ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product strategy and execution plans </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li> <li>Experience working closely with engineering on technically complex systems </li> <li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑informed mindset </li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>Experience in healthcare, health tech, or other regulated industries </li> <li>Experience with B2B SaaS products and platform‑level capabilities </li> <li>Experience scaling products from 0 to 1 </li> </ul> Work Location: Remote based in the US or on-site in Chicago, IL or Cincinnati, OH What You’ll Love: <ul> <li>Join a fast-growing startup making a real impact in the lives of senior care providers and their communities </li> <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your health and well-being </li> <li>401(k) plan to help you plan for the future </li> <li>Paid vacation, sick time, and company-paid holidays to support work-life balance </li> <li>A culture that values growth and development, with opportunities to grow your career as we scale </li> </ul> Carefeed provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
