To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com **What you'll be doing** You’ll be joining CIBC’s Technology Operations team, which is responsible for the operational management of technology services across the organization, including enterprise services such as email, Telecom, Disaster Recovery, Network Servers, Availability, and Change Management. As an Infrastructure Design Consultant on the Fast Path team, you’ll lead low \- medium complexity projects to design strategic infrastructure solutions aligned with CIBC’s enterprise architecture roadmap. You’ll perform Infrastructure Solution Design for a high volume of Service Now requests across all Lines of Business, including platform selection and sizing, data management, Disaster Recovery, high availability, migration approaches, and other infrastructure requirements. You’ll collaborate with architecture groups, Platform Managers, Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM), and Engineering teams to ensure solutions meet CIBC standards.
