**Summary:** Keeps premises of commercial and institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may** **be assigned.** * Assist Facility Manger with scheduling * Assist with administrative duties * Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas. * Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. * Lifting chairs and place them over tables (approx. chair weight: 20\-25 lbs.)
