Airline Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Auditor / Quality Control agent to join our team at Cleveland Hopkins Airport. This role is responsible for compliance with airline and safety standards, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and efficiency across all assigned aircraft. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct regular quality control inspections of aircraft cabins to ensure cleanliness and compliance * Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective guidance to team member * Ensure adherence to all safety, security, and airport regulations * Maintain accurate audit records and QC reports * Collaborate with management to improve processes and service quality * Respond to operational issues and provide solutions in a fast\-paced environment **Qualifications** * Previous experience in cleaning operations, aviation services, or a supervisory/training role preferred * Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards * Good communication and organizational skills * Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays * Must be able to pass background check and obtain airport clearance **Physical Requirements** * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods * Comfortable working in an airport environment and around aircraft Pay: $18\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Paid time off Work Location: In person
