Job description
Do you want to structure, manage, and improve technical and administrative documentation in a growing business? We are looking for a meticulous and communicative specialist to ensure the right information is available for production, quality, and other internal stakeholders.
About the role
In the role of Specialist - Documentation, you are responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical manuals, work instructions, drawings, and digital documentation systems. You work closely with production, quality, process owners, and technical teams to ensure that documentation is accurate, clear, and complies with applicable regulations, policies, and standards. The role also includes coordinating documentation changes, conducting document reviews, and driving improvement projects related to the documentation’s structure and accessibility.
Your tasks
Create and update technical manuals, work instructions, and process support
Manage the document management system and ensure version control
Coordinate document reviews and approval processes with relevant stakeholders
Develop templates, routines, and checklists for consistent documentation
Participate in the introduction of digital tools for document management and train users
Identify and drive improvements to make documentation more user-friendly and easy to access
Ensure documentation meets legal requirements, internal guidelines, and quality standards
About you
We are looking for someone who is structured, service-minded, and has a high attention to detail. You communicate clearly in both spoken and written form and enjoy collaborating across organizational boundaries. You have an analytical approach and are used to prioritizing multiple tasks at the same time. A desire for change and an interest in driving digitalization and standardization of documentation are considered an advantage.
