Global S&OP Process Specialist - Parts & Distribution Logistics

About the job As the Global S&OP Process Specialist, you will play a key role within Alfa Laval's Global Spare Parts Planning Team, part of Parts Distribution & Logistics (PDL). In this role, you will coordinate and facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment between supply planning, business needs, and operational execution. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will drive collaboration across Business Units and Distribution Centers while supporting continuous improvements in planning processes and tools. Some of your key responsibilities will be: Facilitate and coordinate S&OP governance meetings, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and timely follow-up on actions. Coordinate cross-functional supply planning activities across Business Units and Distribution Centers to optimize inventory levels while maintaining high customer service levels. Analyze planning data, forecasts, and supply chain performance to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. Participate in and support supply chain improvement initiatives, projects, and system implementations. The position can be based in either Stockholm or Lund, Sweden.
