About the Role You will step into a customer-facing service environment where stable delivery, clear priorities, and close collaboration across teams are business-critical. In this role, you take ownership of the operational delivery for customer solutions and help create the structure needed for reliable, predictable service. You work closely with the SRE team and DevOps teams to strengthen service reliability through automation, improved logging, and better monitoring. The role combines operational leadership with tactical coordination. You will bring clarity across interfaces, align stakeholders around ways of working, and make sure risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges are handled early. At the same time, you will help the team grow through knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and a sustainable operational setup.
