We are seeking an experienced **Field Service Tier\-II / IT Support Engineer** who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of onsite and remote support in a fast\-paced MSP environment. **Position Summary** The Field Service Tier\-II / IT Support Engineer will provide onsite and remote technical support to our clients, performing installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and project work. You'll work closely with our Help Desk, Project Management, Cybersecurity, and Engineering teams to deliver outstanding service and maintain high client satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Provide Tier\-II onsite and remote technical support for Windows desktop and laptop environments. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, VoIP, and Microsoft 365 issues. * Install, configure, and support Windows 11 workstations. * Deploy and support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. * Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Entra ID). * Perform workstation deployments, upgrades, and data migrations. * Install and support business applications. * Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity. * Configure and troubleshoot switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points. * Install and support conference room technology, Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly, Logitech, TVs, and AV systems. * Perform server maintenance and basic Windows Server administration. *
