**We are seeking an Industrial AI Engineer in the Dallas\- Fort Worth area.**
**The Industrial AI Engineer will** develop and scale Industrial AI solutions that deliver measurable improvements in manufacturing performance, including efficiency, productivity, quality, and reliability. Working closely with data, platform, and factory teams, they will translate AI concepts into production\-ready solutions, validate them in live industrial environments, and drive successful adoption on the shop floor.
This role focuses on transforming data, AI, and automation into practical applications that create tangible business value for customers and Siemens. The AI Engineer will help advance continuous improvement by applying AI to solve real\-world industrial challenges and enable repeatable deployment across manufacturing operations in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
**You’ll make a difference by:**
* Being responsible for developing and deploying AI models that address a wide range of industrial and manufacturing challenges through data\-driven insights and decision\-making.
* Working with time\-series shopfloor data and MES/IT data to design and build AI solutions that are aligned with real production processes and operational needs.
* Performing data preparation, featuring engineering, and model development, ensuring that contextualized industrial data is effectively utilized for AI applications.
* Deploying AI models into real factory environments, ensuring reliable performance under real\-world conditions such as data variability, latency, and integration with operational workflows.
