We are honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace for eight years running by the Baltimore Sun Media Group. **\*\*U.S. Citizenship required.\*\*** **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in **Engineering, Computer Science**, or a related technical field * 3\+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on **.NET Core** and **SQL** environments. * Hands\-on experience with **AWS** cloud testing and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, xUnit, or similar). * Strong background in testing **ETL** processes, data warehouses, and complex back\-end systems. * Proficiency in using **open source** automation tools and performance monitoring utilities. **Overall Duties** The Testing Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive quality assurance of the ecosystem, ensuring that the **AWS** infrastructure and **.NET Core** applications meet rigorous industry standards for performance and security. * Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for **.NET Core** applications. * Perform thorough database testing using **SQL** to validate data integrity, transformation logic, and consolidation accuracy. * Conduct performance, load, and stress testing on **OLAP** environments and real\-time dashboarding systems. * Execute integration testing for **AWS** cloud services, secure pipelines, and web service interoperability. * Manage the defect lifecycle, identifying an
