As a **Financial Analyst** you will provide support to the insurance division Banner Plans and Networks monthly processes such as Lawson General Ledger (G/L) and Accounts Payable (AP) queries (reporting) as well as financial reporting (revenue \& expenses) by department. You will help support the quarterly forecast process for BPN and provide support for assigned plans or networks, Banner University Health Plans, Banner MA, Banner Health Network and/or Banner Network Southern AZ, as well as plans including Banner/Aetna JV on monthly processes such as Lawson G/L queries and financial reporting by plan. Monthly duties may include: month end journal entry support analysis of revenue, expense and FTEs (Full Time Employees) by department compared to forecast; invoicing of admin costs; pulling claim lags and reviewing claims data; reconciliation of membership, care coordination payments and physician incentives to accruals and other AD Hoc reporting and projects.
