You bring the strategic vision to design cloud architectures that meet enterprise\-scale utility requirements and the technical depth to guide teams through the complexities of cloud migration, infrastructure design, and operational readiness. You are a trusted advisor to client technology executives and a respected technical authority within a delivery program — equally effective in the boardroom and in architecture review sessions. **The work:** * Serve as the primary Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture SME on a large\-scale Oracle Utilities IT transition program, defining cloud architecture standards and guiding infrastructure design decisions. * Design and validate OCI reference architectures for Oracle Utilities application deployments, including compute, networking, storage, security, and high\-availability configurations. * Lead cloud infrastructure workstream planning, including environment provisioning strategy, migration sequencing, and cloud operations model design. * Collaborat
