We are looking for you as a **Lead** **Finance Business Partner****R\&I and V\&I** (m/f/d) with a direct reporting line to the Country CFO for AstraZeneca Germany. **Your responsibilities:** * Leading and managing the R\&I and V\&I budgeting and planning process including the RBU, MTP and Budget in collaboration with the FP\&A Lead Germany. * Act as a trusted finance advisor to BuD R\&I and V\&I as well as Country CFO * Managing/Owning the monthly close for R\&I and V\&I business, ensuring a high quality month end close and forecast accuracy. * Responsible for preparing in depth financial analysis of budgets, forecasts and actual results for monthly review by senior management (BuD, CFO, CP). Triangulate the data: financials, market insights and market share to understand the key business drivers. * L
