The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for over 50 consecutive years. **What you will be doing** * Supervise kitchen staff and daily operations. * Prepare breakfast and lunch items while ensuring consistency and quality. * Train and mentor cooks and prep staff to maintain standards. * Assist with menu planning, daily specials, and seasonal items. * Oversee ordering, receiving, and storage of food items. * Ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained in the kitchen. * Support hotel\-wide culinary initiatives as needed. **Position Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a café, casual dining, or hotel kitchen environment. * Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch service operations. * Experience with menu planning, inventory, and cost control. * ServeSafe certification preferred * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays. **What’s in it for you** * Competitive Pay, Early Wage Access, and Paid Time Off * Medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 30 days of employment. * Set Schedule\- 7 am to 4 pm (Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays required
