About the Role As a Residential House Cleaner, you will provide high\-quality, thorough cleaning services in clients’ homes. You’ll work independently or with a small team to make homes sparkle while delivering outstanding customer service that keeps clients coming back. Key Responsibilities * Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. * Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, clean windows/mirrors, and handle laundry as needed. * Follow client\-specific instructions and checklists for consistent results. * Maintain a positive, professional attitude and excellent communication with clients and team members. * Use provided cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly. * Travel between client homes in the Middle TN area. Requirements * **At least 1 year of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience** (references preferred). * Current resume highlighting relevant experience. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. * **Excellent customer service skills** – friendly, reliable, and respectful in clients’ homes. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. * Ability to stand/walk for extended periods. * Background check and drug screening
