**Job Summary**
We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Production Manager specializing in Culinary Arts to lead our food production operations. * Analyze production data using Excel and supply chain analytics tools to identify bottlenecks, forecast needs, and improve overall efficiency.
* Oversee supply chain management activities related to raw materials procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
* Maintain strict quality control standards through regular inspections, audits, and adherence to food safety protocols.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on plant management, mechanical maintenance, and operations management to ensure seamless production processes.
**Requirements**
