* Columbus, Ohio * IES Communications, LLC * IES Communications * Warehouse \& Logistics * USD $32\.00/Hr. * USD $32\.00/Hr. * Regular Full\-Time * Onsite * 23520 **Job Description** ------------------- ### **Logistics Lead** * Leads daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to ensure efficient material flow and support project requirements. * Supervises and supports logistics personnel, providing direction, training, and guidance to maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. * Oversees the packaging, labeling, tagging, shipping, receiving, and distribution of inventory while ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control. * Coordinates inventory audits, cycle counts, and material reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy and accountability. * Manages material transactions and inventory records within company inventory management systems. * Ensures proper loading, unloading, handling, storage, and transportation of equipment, tools, and materials. * Monitors warehouse quality standards by tracking damaged, missing, or obsolete inventory and implementing corrective actions when necessary. * Coordinates equipment, tool, and material allocation to support multiple projects and operational teams. * Operates and oversees the safe use of forklifts, company vehicles, and warehouse equipment. * Maintains a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment following 5S, Lean, and company safety principles. * Collaborates with project managers, field operations, vendors, and internal teams to ensure materials are available and delivered on schedule. * Develops and implements process improvements to increase operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer service. * Ensures all logistics activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. ### **Key Qualifications** * Logistics Leadership \& Team Supervision * Warehouse Operations Management * Ship
