Director / Senior Manager – Field Service & Commissioning (Critical Infrastructure)

What You'll Do 1\.Help build and grow the U.S. field service and commissioning organization 2\.Develop and manage a nationwide network of third\-party service partners (ASP) 3\.Support commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and ongoing service for mission\-critical cooling systems 4\.Lead customer issue resolution and service delivery for key data center projects 5\.Work closely with engineering and global teams to ensure successful project execution 6\.Establish service processes, safety standards, and operational best practices What We're Looking For 1\.8\-10\+ years of experience in field service, commissioning, or service operations 2\.Background in data centers, HVAC, critical infrastructure, cooling systems, or related industries 3\.Experience managing field teams, contractors, or service partners 4\.Strong troubleshooting and customer\-facing communication skills 5\.Comfortable supporting project\-based work with travel across the U.S(Texas) 6\.Candidates from data center cooling, mission\-critical facilities, HVAC, UPS, critical power, commissioning, and field service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
