Position Summary Spire is seeking a Consultant to support proactive project controls engagements for owners, contractors, and subcontractors across numerous sectors of the AEC industry. The Consultant assists with schedule development and review, cost management, and risk analysis throughout the project lifecycle, applying a strong foundation in project controls (time, cost, and risk). The Consultant supports the completion of client engagements and internal projects, promotes Spire's company values, and works to achieve the company's core purpose. Responsibilities Scheduling \& Planning * + Develop Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules and review baseline schedules and updates for comprehensiveness, quality, constructability, and risk. + Review contracts, specifications, and drawings to confirm design and construction schedule baselines. + Identify relationships, constraints, milestones, and the optimal sequence of work within project schedules. + Review critical path, cost loading, schedule content, and forecasted work. + Perform schedule impact analysis for change orders and conduct QA/QC review
