**Facilities Maintenance Technician \- Ascent Automotive West** **Lexus of Las Vegas / Lexus of Henderson / Centennial Subaru** **Overview** We are seeking a self\-motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their performance and ensures efficient building repairs/needs handling. In this role, you will be responsible for following procedures, maintaining equipment and the properties on a rotation of our 3 dealerships and service center. Our facilities focus is to ensure quality and safety while managing a cost\-effective improvement strategy. Satisfying necessary repairs, facilitate vendors, and embracing internal customer expectations are essential. If you have the drive to perform and excel, then we want you to come work with us!
