Job duties include: Booking/Scheduling Account Management Customer Service RESPONSIBILITIES Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers' needs Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/team sales targets Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Scheduling and Booking Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Go the extra mile to engage clients REQUIREMENTS \-Must be available for part\-time work and willing to commit long\-term \-High School Diploma, Clean Background, Citizenship, and must own Transportation \-Work history must indicate reliability, honesty, adaptability, and optimistic attitude \-Must have great communication skills, work well with people and must be able to multi\-task \-Prior related work experience is a plus \-Must dress presentably and have a neat appearance Job Type: Part\-time Job Type: Part\-time Pay: From $13\.50 per hour Benefits: * On\-the\-job training Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * English (Required) Ability to Commute: * Las Vegas, NV 89131 (Required) Work Location: In person
