**Description** **Director of** **Private Duty Nursing RN, Home Health \- Pittsburgh, PA** **On\-site on the NE side of Pittsburgh, PA** We are seeking a **Director of Private Duty Nursing RN** that provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and clinical direction for the private duty nursing program within a home health organization. This role is responsible for ensuring high\-quality, compliant, and cost\-effective care delivery to patients requiring intermittent or continuous skilled nursing services in the home setting. The Director drives program growth, workforce strategy, and clinical excellence while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and payer\-specific regulations.
