**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* This position is located in our San Antonio, TX office. This position is part of the Quality Assurance Department. The primary function of this role is to provide critical review and analysis of incoming dwelling estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with carrier\-specific guidelines.
* Reviews incoming dwelling estimates for accuracy and compliance with carrier\-specific guidelines.
* Provides feedback to and collaborates with independent adjusters to correct estimates as necessary.
* Contributes to business goals, performance metrics, and effectively uses tools \& technology.
* Supports workload surges and/or catastrophe operations as needed to include working significant overtime during designated catastrophe events.
