**Posting Date** 07/02/2026 2000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202\-5117, United States of America The **Project Manager** for the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) is a strategic, cross\-functional individual who partners with multiple OCMO teammates to drive Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) clinical projects, strengthen physician engagement, align stakeholders, build consistent management systems, and ensure execution of high\-priority initiatives. You will help maintain tools, governance processes and resources that support our field operators and Value\-Based Care partners. This role focuses on the Value\-Based Care programs within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care, including CMMI, Regional and National payor contracts. This individual thrives in complexity, brings structure to ambiguity, and drives execution by building alignment and influence across physicians and field leaders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in an ever\-changing environment and has strong communication skills. **Essential Duties \& Responsibilities** * **Project Execution and Delivery:** Manage provider engagement projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time. Develop and oversee management systems for OCMO, with Integrated Kidney Care as the primary focus. This includes creating, in partnership with OCMO, reoccurring physician\-facing educational content for our Value\-Based Care partners as appropriate to the VBC program. * **Strategic Partnership and Alignment**: Partner with OCMO, DKC, and IKC leaders to align priorities and streamline execution of cross\-functional initiatives. Coordinate and monitor progress on special projects across IKC Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Group Medical Directors and partner teams, ensuring timely execution and impact. Optimize leader time through strategic scheduling, roundtables, and payor forums. Highlight management process gaps
