**Regional Nurse Resource** **Job Summary:** Sweetwater Care is seeking a talented and dedicated **Regional Nurse Resource** to join our team in Greater **Boston, MA**. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical operations. If you're passionate about delivering high\-quality healthcare and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** * Provide medical guidance and support to Sweetwater Care's clinical teams, including clinical leadership, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence\-based care practices and protocols * Conduct regular quality assurance and performance improvement activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements * Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, hospitals, and community\-based organizations to facilitate referrals and promote seamless transitions of care * Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinical excellence * Identify and address potential clinical risks and develop strategies to mitigate them * Develop and implement educational programs for staff, patients, and families on a variety of topics, including chronic disease management, pain management, and wellness **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (or equivalent experience) * Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing, with a strong background in clinical leadership and operations * Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills **Why Join Us:** Sweetwater Care is a values\-driven organization dedicated to delivering compassionate and patient\-cent
