Maintenance Technician

You will also carry out minor building repairs and coordinate with management to prioritize repairs and maintenance. **Job Expectations:** * Ability to diagnose and repair all fitness equipment * Ability to order parts from fitness equipment supplier * Ability to responsibly handle cordless power tools * Ability to mount racks, whiteboards, amenities to drywall * Ability to unclog sinks and toilets * Carry out scheduled maintenance * Order upholstery repairs from local vendor **Minimum Requirements:** * High School diploma or equivalent * 1\-3 years of facility maintenance/construction or equivalent * Part Time availability * Ability to repeatedly bend and lift 50 pounds * Reliable transportation to and from work location
