Job description

As Corteva separates into two independent, publicly traded companies, Corteva is seeking a collaborative, hands\-on leader to manage our Crop Protection data science, engineering, and reporting team within the North American Commercial Unit. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with marketing, sales, and finance partners to deliver forecasting, advanced analytics, reporting, and trusted data products that drive commercial decisions. You will set direction and develop talent while staying close to the work as a coach/player, ensuring continuity and high\-quality delivery through the separation and beyond. **What You'll Do** * **Team Leadership \& Development:** Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team across data science, data engineering, and reporting/BI; run agile cadences and hold the team accountable for high\-quality, on\-time delivery. * **Forecasting \& Advanced Analytics:** Direct the data science effort to advance crop protection demand forecasting, segmentation, and scenario simulations, improving accuracy and the business value delivered. * **Reporting \& Business Intelligence:** Own the reporting and Power BI portfolio, delivering trusted dashboards and self\-service analytics and maintaining the authoritative source for commercial reporting. * **Data Engineering \& Platform:** Direct the engineering effort to build and maintain reliable, production\-grade pipelines and governed data sets through modern DataOps practices. * **Separation \& Continuity:** Help execute the data and platform separation, ensuring uninterrupted delivery of forecasting, dashboards, and insights through the transition. * **Stakeholder Engagement:** Partner with business leaders to understand requirements, frame the right problems, and deliver custom data solutions that create measurable value. **What You'll Need** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or
