Our members are urban professionals, expats and locals who stay for years because of one thing, the community they find here. We are growing and we want the person who turns interest into members and members into that community. Clear path to Studio Manager as we open our second location. This is not a back\-office marketing role. You own the number and you own the welcome. **What You Own** * Sales and conversion, your core. You manage every inbound lead, run structured trial consultations and close them into members. Here is the important part : we do not do hard sell. Our members never feel pushed. You close by understanding what someone actually wants and showing them we are the answer. If your instinct is pressure and urgency tricks, this is not your studio. If you close warmly and people thank you for it, read on. * B2B growth. You pitch and close corporate wellness contracts with Geneva's international organisations, NGOs and companies and build local partnerships that bring visibility and members. * Community and events. You design and run our calendar (challenges, themed workouts, social events, member milestones) and organise experiences like Hyrox and running races that make people belong. You run the referral programme that turns our members into our best sales channel, because word of mouth is already how most of them found us. * A plus, not a prerequisite. If you can also create social content (filming, editing, posting, Meta), great. If not, you direct it and we support you. We hire you to close and to build community first. **Who You Are** * Fluent English, spoken and written. Our community is international and you will sell, DM and pitch in English every day.
