AWS is seeking a Principal Customer Success Specialist \- AI Driven Digital Product Delivery to lead strategic transformation initiatives for organizations adopting Amazon Kiro and AWS's generative AI platform to revolutionize how they build and deliver digital products. This is a senior individual contributor role within the AWS Specialists \& Partners (ASP) Customer Success Center of Excellence, requiring a combination of executive\-level strategic vision and practical credibility to help customers fundamentally reimagine their software development lifecycle using AI.
Amazon Kiro is AWS's AI\-powered platform that transforms how organizations build software, from requirements gathering and architecture design to code generation, testing, and deployment. This role focuses on helping customers move beyond AI\-assisted coding to systematic AI\-driven digital product delivery transformation at enterprise scale.
You will define the methodologies, frameworks, and repeatable models that shape how AWS and its customers approach AI\-driven digital product delivery transformation. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, partner ecosystems, and go\-to\-market strategies, creating lasting organizational and market impact across hundreds of organizations globally.
