Senior Business Analyst

About the role As a Senior Business Analyst, you will make an impact by leading business analysis activities across client engagements, driving requirement clarity, and shaping effective ServiceNow\-based solutions. You will be a valued member of the delivery team and work collaboratively with process consultants, technical teams, QA, and client stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value. **In this role, you will:** Lead end\-to\-end business analysis activities, including gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements. Analyze complex business problems and recommend scalable solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities. Develop business cases, assess feasibility, and present solution options including risks, trade\-offs, and benefits. Drive process improvements through root cause analysis, documentation, and optimization of workflows and controls. Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring alignment of deliverables with business needs while mentoring junior analysts.
