Job description

The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, business insight, and a proactive mindset to drive financial performance and support leadership with actionable insights. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision\-making. * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across departments. * Partner with business units to analyze operational performance and provide recommendations. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. * Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities. * Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within financial reporting and analysis. * Track KPIs, financial metrics, and trends to assess business performance and risks. * Support the preparation of board presentations, investor reports, and strategic planning materials. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus). * 4–7\+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment. * Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with financial modeling. * Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Sage Intacct, Concur, Planful, Power BI, Velixo). * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong problem\-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Maintain strict confidentiality of information If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of t
