Visit us at UST.com. **You Are:** UST is searching for a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Team Lead to join our Cloud Operations team. This role will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in designing, building, and supporting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. **The opportunity:** * Lead and mentor the Cloud DevOps team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance management while fostering collaboration and innovation. * Actively design, deploy, and support cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, lifecycle management, and recovery support. * Oversee and contribute to implementation and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. * Guide the team in designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, while also contributing to complex pipeline configurations. * Define standards for configuring and supporting tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ADO, Bamboo, Tekton, Argo CD and Docker, while assisting with critical tool integrations. * Drive automation initiatives and personally develop scripts using Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, and terraform.
