Family Medicine Physician

**About Us:** **We are Looking For**: We are now hiring for a part time family medicine physician (per diem or part time). We are looking for someone who is able to see patients 2\-3 days per week in person at various assisted living facilities in Seattle (Tacoma to Marysville range). We are able to accommodate a flexible schedule and you can choose the hours and days that you work (typically looking for 8\-10 hour availability 2\+ days per week). You would be seeing approximately 10\-14 patients per day and would have 30\-50 minutes per patient, allowing extra time with patients and a good work life balance. **Overview** Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Family Medicine Physician, where your expertise will directly impact patient well\-being and community health. We are committed to supporting your professional growth in a collaborative environment that values innovation and compassionate care. **Responsibilities** * Conduct thorough medical history assessments and physical examinations to evaluate patient health status to patients in assisted living facilities. * Develop personalized care plans that incorporate preventive measures, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment. * Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. * Coordinate diagnostic testing such as medical imaging, laboratory tests, and other procedures to inform clinical decisions. * Collaborate with specialists across disciplines including cardiology, endocrinology, dermatology, and others to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, medicat
