The Data Integration Technical Analyst plays a key role in supporting Chatham’s Workday implementation and transformation of administrative processes by developing, maintaining, and optimizing integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems. The analyst works with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, create data mappings, support API and ETL\-based integrations, validate data, and troubleshoot integration issues. This position ensures that critical data flows reliably and securely across Human Resources, Finance, Student Information, and related systems. **Duties and Responsibilities:** Data Validation \& Integrity * Design and implement data validation rules, quality checks, and reconciliation processes across Workday and connected enterprise systems. * Consult with departmental data owners to ensure accurate and consistent data use across the university. * Collaborate with campus stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop predictive analytics dashboards for institutional insights. * Consult with departmental data owners to ensure accurate and consistent data use across the university. Integration Development \& Support * Build and maintain integrations between SIS, CRM, LMS, and auxiliary systems. * Develop and monitor ETL processes and automate data workflows. * Manage end\-to\-end integration lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation. * Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization. * Support Workday biannual releases, including impact
