NP, Nurse Practitioner/PA, Physician Assistant - ENT

**Description** ### **Job Summary** We are seeking an **experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with an ENT background** to join a thriving, established ENT practice in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio. This provider will work alongside a highly respected ENT physician in a busy outpatient practice, helping manage patient volume while the physician is in surgery. The ideal candidate will be comfortable evaluating and managing ENT patients independently and thrive in a fast\-paced, high\-expectation environment. Previous ENT experience is required. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of general ENT conditions * Conduct new patient consultations and follow\-up visits * Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician * Order and interpret diagnostic studies, imaging, and hearing evaluations * Work independently in clinic while the physician is performing surgical procedures * Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow\-up care * Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR * Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience ### **Qualifications** * Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant * National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) * **Previous ENT experience required** * **Physician Assistant preferred** * Strong clinical assessment and decision\-making skills * Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ### **Practice Highlights** * Established, high\-volume ENT practice in the Stone Oak area * Join a respected physician with a well\-developed referral base * Dedicated support staff including: + Audiologist performing in\-office hearing testing + Three Medical Assistants + Practice Manager + Surgery Scheduler + Front Office Team * Opportunity to help support continued pr
