Job description
**Role Overview**
We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our technical staff within a high\-speed production facility. Your primary focus will be on boosting asset longevity, streamlining maintenance workflows, and mentoring your team. We need a decisive leader who excels at diagnosing complex issues and is deeply dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
**Leadership and Daily Oversight*** Mentor and guide Maintenance Technicians to ensure they meet all safety, quality, and output goals.
* Organize and delegate daily maintenance tasks and service requests.
* Track team results and share updates using visual management systems and key performance indicators.
* Cultivate an environment centered on personal responsibility, collaboration, and ongoing refinement.
**Asset Reliability and Maintenance*** Direct urgent repair work to help restore production capacity and reduce equipment idle time.
* Guarantee that all scheduled and predictive maintenance tasks are executed thoroughly.
* Improve overall equipment reliability by spearheading downtime reduction strategies and corrective measures.
* Confirm that machinery is functioning correctly by validating repairs alongside production staff.
**Safety and Regulatory Adherence*** Champion and uphold all safety protocols, such as LOTO procedures, PPE usage, and safe operational habits.
* Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by utilizing 5S organizational methods.
* Spot and resolve potential hazards while ensuring full alignment with organizational and legal standards.
**Planning and Resource Management*** Oversee maintenance timelines, inventory levels, and staffing to align with production requirements.
* Synchronize repair efforts and information across different shifts to maintain operational continuity.
* Track the status of work orders and backlogs to achieve performance objectives.
